I’m glad they liked the gig, but is it just me who found that review ridiculously hard to read?? Felt like they were just adding really long sentences and so many fancy words that it took away from what they were trying to convey- and I’m a native English speaker!

On my way back home from London and just wanted to say Silence live is literally perfect and adding Ben to the band was the best decision ever and they should ALWAYS play Fingers in the Factories what a fucking tune

Marble Factory in Bristol certainly gets the award for coldest venue of the tour. It is really freezing though not surprising seeing as it’s just an old warehouse. I remember the gig here in 2018 being really good and it feels such an intimate venue, especially compared to the Troxy last night. I’m hoping this will be a storming end to the UK tour.

Sad the tour has come to an end but that was brilliant tonight. I really hope they do some more shows over here later in the year to support EBM. It’s a really strong album and they sound so good at the moment.

London and Bristol were both phenomenal, though I thought Bristol was even better - such great energy! My only complaint is all the strobing. I feel bad for any photosensitive fans who are excluded by it - it's a bit annoying at best and a health hazard at worst. Otherwise, they're the best band on the planet to me right now. I'm buzzing. 😭 💖
Funnily enough, I found the Marble Factory was really hot compared to the Troxy. Three or four songs in and I was sweating!

I warmed up by the time Editors were on thankfully, it was a set that you can’t help dancing to! Where were you stood? For each gig prior I had gone at the front to the left in front of Justin but stood on the balcony to the right nearer Russ at Bristol and a perfect view of the stage. Bristol has some great venues. Some of my favourite Editors gigs have been in either Marble Factory or Colston Hall and I’ve seen Hatchie a couple of times at the Louisiana which is a great little pub.

I was one back from the front, just a bit right of Tom! Similar for London, one or two back near the middle. It was an amazing view both nights. It was my first time at both venues - the Troxy was a uniquely cool building but the Marble Factory's industrial warehouse setting was really perfect. So glad I went to both dates despite the strikes. Going by National Express wasn't bad at all!

One very small person did squeeze past me at London! If that was you, I was a bit further to the right. Kudos to the dedicated short gang on the front row though, you're lifesavers for people like me (5'4") 🥲

the same person who made this amazing recording in 2018 uploaded an IEM mix of the Bristol gig on dime, I suppose it will be on the Lemming Archive very soon. THey tried to remove the click track the best they could which does make the recording sound a bit straaaaange in places though
