Okay I've calmed down hehe. Paris on a Saturday and in my favourite venue, perfect ♥
Still some big (for them lol) countries missing like Belgium and The Netherlands which I assume they can't announce yet because of festivals.

I imagine the UK dates will be announced later this summer if they're not touring over here again till early next year.
Is it just me or is that European tour relatively short compared to previous tours? I guess they are doing quite a lot of European festivals this summer so there is no lack of choice of dates. I did Paris for the Black Gold tour so may think about going to Germany or Luxembourg for this October one depending on cost.

Justin won't play any shows this summer, Nick is replacing him.
Respect to Justin for being so open about this, and I hope he takes all the time he needs ♥

while i enjoyed heart attack quite a bit when it released these two new songs are just.. they’re perfect
i’ve been listening to both all day and can’t decide which i like more
i’m hoping either will release as a single soon
tom did a recent interview where he stated he didn’t think many editors listeners that started from the beginning have stuck around up until this point due to the constant evolution and it kind of broke my heart - i remember when bullets and munich came out so long ago, i was just a teenager and i wish he knew there are still many of us still here!
can’t wait for this freakin album - i’ve got to hear studio versions of karma climb and kiss

I feel like they're actively trying to get rid of me sometimes, but I'm still here. Rusted on for life, for better or worse. The new songs are really good. My biggest fear with BM joining was the songs would become really messy and over-arranged, but I'm thrilled to say that hasn't been the case so far. They've struck a really nice balance between Editors classic songwriting and BM's crazy electronic circus and I hope that holds for the entirety of the record.

I was at the Dauwpop gig yesterday and it was nothing but amazing Three new songs, older songs that they haven't played in a while (Bricks and Mortar!) and some cool new versions (No Sound But The Wind version #73 still gets me). I recorded the new songs as well, I'll try to upload those in bit. PS: I can't access the forum anymore using my VPN that I always use; it seems all IP adresses are blocked, such a shame
