new thread wooooo
don't know how many dates will be added though, no announcements for European festivals so far, so maybe they're skipping those in 2019?

Decent line up for that festival in Newcastle. I think I'll go to that one.

Will be a 30min or 45min slot. If i go i would leave after they finish as nothing else on the bill interests me at all. This is why i never enjoy a just festival year. lots of money for short sets or no day tickets on sale, high stages and deep dips. I want to see them and support them but it just hard.

Editors and Noel G headlining is enough justification for me to go and get my ticket. It will involve leaving Birmingham at 3am for a coach up so it’s not the easiest travel arrangements ever.

Sure you will have a good time. I would long gone before Noel even arrived

They're playing Market Square Festival in France on 7th July. Wonder what this means for Rock Werchter (same organisation) They played Main Square in 2012 and 2016 ...and Werchter too. Also if they skip Werchter in 2019 it would be at least a 4 year gap and they've never done that lol (not counting Werchter Classic) Hmmmmmm

Editors are literally the only non headline act on that line-up I know. Some of those band names are quite surreal: The Lottery Winners. The Egg. MC Teabag. Clumsy.

Indeed, a line-up of Suede and Editors looks pretty good and I don't mind The Wildhearts as well. It's also not too far at all from Birmingham but I can't go for the weekend anyway as I'm at the Newcastle gig on the Saturday. I know they haven't released the other main headliners yet but, Idlewild aside, there isn't anyone else I'd want to see on that bill.

Clumsy. idlewhite and Slow readers club have some pretty good songs -you really should check them out and Angelic upstarts and Stiff Little Fingers were punkbands late 70's - begin 80's
