Just wanted to create this thread. Don't really have a random thought at the moment, other than "I miss them." I miss their show at Pukkelpop because i'll be in Spain

Oh yes, my first thought on here: I truly love EDITORS! ;-)

Nope, almost nothing on tumblr, nothing on Twitter, Facebook is just boring and now they decide to close the forum it was the only thing we had...

I have not listened to Editors for a while and a few days ago I played "Spiders". Forgot how good AEHAS was.

I'm sure we can get a community going here - the old forum was just too good to let die completely. I understand the reasons for deleting the old forum but with how many people were a part of that family I have little doubt we can get something good stirring around on this forum.

Yes, I think we certainly will!

The minute it goes down, I'm gonna try to use the Wayback Machine. Not sure if anyone will get anything out of it archive.org/web/

I saved some threads that might contain useful information. The Wayback Machine is good but most of the time it doesn't have what you want...

How exactly do you save threads? There are some I'd like as well

I'm not very good with using The Wayback Machine, but I went there just yesterday to see how much is saved, and it seems the newer threads haven't been crawled yet... I hate that the time frame we got is just a week, and after that, I assume the forum will be gone completely? If only it would stay up for a month or so after closing, so that we'd have more time to save stuff... How exactly do you save threads? There are some I'd like as well You mean in the Wayback Machine? You just put the link into the "save page now" box and it gets saved. I think you need to do it page by page for multi-page threads.
