Bloc Party is my favourite band right now. I was planning on writing a bit about them here but I just don't know what to say. Just listen to their first album, Silent Alarm. Huge critical success. It should be the best way to understand Bloc Party if you don't know much about the band

Those are amazing drawings, amazing photos and it is great that you got a signed album! I have some hope for another return as Kele did briefly say a 5th album was planned in a recent interview. However, I assume that would be without Matt and I'm not sure about Gordon either.

I saw Bloc Party for the first time on Melt!Festival here in Germany. It was amazing. I was flashed. The funny thing was that Russell and Gordy came out to listen to a band before their Gig. They stood beside me and I haven`t noticed that So I came to the first signed print of my drawing of the band ( only Russell and Gordy as always hehe ). I hope for a reunion. I am honest, I don`t really like Kele`s Solo Project. I like Kele very much as frontman of Bloc Party, as Person. Its only the Sound I don`t like. The same with Pimp me down. What about You, Bradders? Do You like Kele`s Solo Project or Pimp me down?

I like quite a lot of Kele's work, such as Tenderoni, Unholy Thoughts (when I first listened to it, I actually thought it was Bloc Party) and On The Lam, plus I know that he does perform some of the more electronic based BP songs live. I'm not a fan of *Pin Me Down ( ).

It was my first and last time to see Oasis ( they split a couple of weeks later ). And Bloc Party told that they need a big break after this event

Watch this, it shows Kele announcing the Oasis cancellation (which was actually the split) along with a few insults and jokes

I can see that Kele is very very sad about the split hahaha. But I was very lucky to see Oasis live. It was really an amazing Show. But You could see, that Liam was in a very bad mood. Some shows before Liam has been attacked on stage, thats why he always hid behind the boxes after every song.

Yes, As I read this on Kele`s twitter I thought: They are back or they are planning it . Banquet is such a great song. Today I switched between some channels on tv. Suddenly Bloc Party ... The TV Show named "Shopping Queen" hahahaa. Older Woman and that Bloc Party Sound...that was so funny

They're making a 5th LP. Should be interesting to hear given Gordy and Matt aren't in the band anymore.

Gordy isn`t in the band anymore? Then it is not Bloc Party anymore. This is sad :-( I think its over now. I think its better to say good bye now. But my big wish is a farewell tour with the "old" band members.
