Yes, I can confirm that one of my friends at my Italian Editors group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/AEHASEditorsItalia) has twitted Tom that message as a joke to troll him a little bit. In the hope he would be inspired to give us more hints or just announce the releasing of the song...

Do I look like the type of guy that would joke about these things? So we know that Samuel and the lady he claimed had given him the song conducted a rather sad piece of misleading. Richard, if I may ask, who is Andy and if he does have the new song, when will he be able to tell us what it looks like?

The only other releases I can think it would be included on are maybe a film soundtrack. After all, the first proper release of No Sound But The Wind was on the New Moon soundtrack.
