pffffff....f-ing ticketmaster mojo whoever! I didn't get the presale link and didn't get tickets today. I think tickets were already 99,9% sold out before presale started today, I'm done with it, this is such a unfair stupid way of selling tickets. Who's brillant idea was it? Sorry for my rant, but I'm pissed.

Well the idea was good, but not its execution. I think every person that bought tickets for at least two Editors concerts in their Ticketmaster account got a link to the pre-sale. I changed accounts and only had the recent Ziggo Dome show in my history, that's why I did not get the code. Selling physical tickets at the door (requested by the band) is also an opportunity for real fans to queue up and get tickets. So the band really tried to get the tickets to real fans, which is a good thing for these small shows in my opinion.

I disagree, sorry, but I've been to almost every concert in NL( and lots and lots in Europe) from 2008 till now and bought the tickets all by ticketmaster. About real fans getting the tickets, well... it's nice they do a ticket-at-the door and I would have gone, but I can't today. I did it the last time they played Utrecht. That's fairplay. Presale link, no! It's interesting to discuss who's the real fan or not nowadays then...when imo the presale link was sent randomly.

I'm lucky I got tickets but I would be pissed about the pre-sale too if I hadn't got them. I've seen them about 10 times over the last five years and also did not receive a pre-sale code. Maybe they randomly selected people that have been to Editors concerts before.
Last time they played Tivoli there was only a physical sale, I waited in line for 3 hours but finally got my tickets!
I think they should have made the tickets personal, with name checks at the entrance of the venue. That's how you stop those resellers who are trying to sell their tickets for over 100 euro's now.

I still don't know how that presale (done by MOJO apparently, not the band) worked.. Apparently you needed to have bought tickets for one of the HMH shows in 2015 and the Ziggo Dome in 2018 with the same ticketmaster account (so not through the band's presale in 2015), but it looks like not everyone who did that got a code so it's really weird.
Hopefully you can still score a ticket on Ticketswap or so, Marieke!
edit: just read the presale was also the band's request. As colint said, the intention was there but it could've been executed better.

There are still tickets at the ticket shop now.so if you're around Utrecht you can go get them!
And yes the presale was for people who got ziggo and hmh tickets trough TM. I got them trough editors website, so i didnt get one at first. Later i did from someone who didnt need one, luckily

Feeling about the same, I thought I managed to buy 2 tickets for Friday 7/12 Brussels, only to find out afterwards my payment got cancelled due to a technical problem (Ticketmaster site) Please go back and try again. Of course sold-out in 3 minutes :-((

Did you try to pay by VISA ? indeed trying again was no option : sold out !

Talos are confirmed as the support for the UK tour. Just been listening to a few tracks. Sounds ok but a bit one paced. Iโll have to get a bit more familiar with their material before the tour starts next month.
