New members, come and say Hi! I was more of a lurker on the other forum so I actually don't know any of the posters ._. So um I'm Hannah and I live in Belgium. I've liked Editors since ITLAOTE but never realy took the time to listen to all the albums (yes, shame on me, I don't know what I was thinking). TWOYL made me fall in love with everything and in November I saw them live in the Sportpaleis. That was one of the best experiences of my life! Editors is my favourite band, but so is Coldplay and I also like Elbow, Arcade Fire and Kodaline.

Hi! Just read about the official forum closing I absolutely hate Facebook and Twitter and still hope forum culture won't just disappear one of these days. So I had to register here to have a new place to post. Umm, short introduction? I live in Croatia. I love traveling all over Europe to see the guys. I've been a fan since 2009 when I saw Papillon on VH1. My first show was in my hometown in 2010, and around that time I joined the official forum under the same name. I'm gonna miss that place so much...

Hey!
I'm Eelco. I wasn't on the official forum, but some of you may know me from coldplaying. I'm an Editors fan since I saw their performance of Rock Werchter 2012 on tv. I've been to four shows so far, Lowlands festival and Ziggo Dome Amsterdam last year, and Tivoli Utrecht and Pinkpop festival this year

HI EVERYONE!
I'm Annie. I was the same username on the old forum. I live in Denver, Colorado, USA. I've been a fan of Editors since 2008 or so. A friend from the Manchester area got me in to them (Smokers Outside the Hospital Doors specifically). I've only seen them 2x but loved both times.
Also, I'll always have a VERY special place in my heart for Editors because my boyfriend messaged me on the online dating site we were both on because I'd mentioned them as a band I liked and he likes them too. I'm happy as a clam with this dude and wouldn't be opposed to spending the rest of my life with him.

Hi I'm Niko formerly known as Niko at the old Ed-forum. ;-)
This section from my last post at the old forum sums it all up, I guess:
"In 2005 I fell in love with Editors while listening to Munich after reading about their debut album on the online-magazin laut.de. I bought the special edition of The Back Room (including Cuttings). This record changed so much for me: for the first time in years I became a huge fan of a band - well I was fan of other bands before, but this time was different. Turning 30 in 2005 I found myself mutating into a massive fan-boy. I had to know more about this band and so I started reading here. Well, I have to admit that I missed Editors first gig in my hometown Hamburg due to a slight cold and yes more because of my laziness. Sad I still hate myself for that. Wink But after that I went to every fucking gig in Hamburg, some in Berlin, Festivals around Germany, elsewhere and even went to Werchter in 2012 (it was a blast! Pure awesomeness!!!). In September I will see them for the 17th time - oh yes I know, many of you guys here on the forum are more hardcore than me. ;-)"
I hope we will keep the community going. ;-)
So thank you for creating this new forum Captain Crieff!!!
