Get the lossless on Qobuz people, cheaper than iTunes and the best possible quality! Don't make me do the comparison lossless vs. iTunes again as for Magazine.

I like Magazine for what it is, but Hallelujah might actually be one of my least favourite Editors songs. :-/
I had low hopes for In Dream and that ended up blowing me away, so VI OLENCE might still be a great record yet. But between these songs and the terrible name-artwork combo I'm not really feeling hyped at the moment.

For the moment, I prefer live versions.Listening to ITLAOTE right now and I think it was really a great album...with emotions,the voice is perfect...etc etc I can't wait for Violence but I hope I won't be disappointed.

I listen to a playlist of Editors albums practically every day of the week and today it hit me, especially with my playlist going from A Ton Of Love to Magazine, how much fuller, rounder and stronger the new stuff sounds compared to the old. This album is going to be a beast, I just know it. Less than two weeks to gooo.... And if I may be so bold, I think they should chuck another track out, this week or next week - before the full record arrives - preferrably Cold.  P.S. A remix of any album track could also ease the pain of waiting for March 9 to come around.

So, the David Byrne album that's slated for release on the same day as VI olence has leaked...it's just a question of time - or is it? Would make a nice present for the weekend.

it would actually be cool if it didn't leak for once Don't know...I think the leak in this day and age doesn't hurt the sales much - and anyway, the touring is by far the bigger money maker for the band than record sales. It's an extended weekend where I'm at, whereas next Friday I will be busy and probably not that eager to listen - so personally, I would be ecstatic if it came a week early into my internet hands (and ears).

It could be agony, but I'm going to try and hold off from listening to it until I'm on the train to Lille for the Roubaix gig, then I can peruse the artwork and really immerse myself in it. That might mean I have to give this place a wide berth to avoid spoilers!
